By commissioning me and issuing payment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions I've set below.

- I reserve the right to turn down your commission request if I feel that it is an uncomfortable subject or something out of my skill range. I will not do NSFW/gorey/highly graphic pieces.

- I set my prices based on how challenging I feel your character or overall piece's concept will be for me. This means that prices often vary depending on what you're looking for. Feel free to message me for a price quote before making an official request, but please give me as much detail as possible so I can give you an accurate quote. - At this time I only accept payment through PayPal; I'm sorry for any inconvenience!

- Please send official commission requests using the form found down at the bottom of this journal (there's a link you click to get to it)

- Completed high resolution pieces will be sent via email, so please provide an up-to-date email address with your commission request so that I can reach you there. Progress updates can either be sent through email or DeviantArt note - your preference!

- I will not start on your commission unless I have received payment from you first. Payments are received through PayPal via invoices. I prefer if payment is sent within 48 hours, so if this cannot be done, please let me know ahead of time and I can work this out with you via message. For more expensive pieces, I can work out a payment plan with you, but I will not complete the piece until it's paid in full.

- Please allow me at least 2-4 weeks to complete your commission. Throughout this period, I will make sure to provide you with progress updates and images to make sure that the piece is fitting to your standards. I expect by doing this, that you will notify me of any changes needing to be made before the piece is completed. I will also notify you about any delays that I may be experiencing due to technical or personal issues.

- If you need your piece completed by a certain deadline, please let me know at the time of the request. Due to the fact that art is a part-time job, I cannot 100% guarantee that it will be completed by this time, but I will do my very best to meet the deadline. At the least I will ask for a week's notice, so please do not request a commission from me that you expect to be done the next day or two days from now, for example.

- In general, I highly recommend you do not request a commission from me unless you are fully confident that you can afford to pay it.

- If you request a refund, I will only offer a 50% refund if I have already started on your piece. At that point, the commission is canceled and you will not receive the art you ordered. If the piece is completed and I've already sent you the files, the amount you have paid is non-refundable.

- You are allowed to use your completed commission as you wish as long as you do not remove my signature/credit, claim the work as your own or gain a profit from it*. Please respect my hard work as an artist (and a person)!

* In the case of selling a character I made an art piece for, please contact me directly. I would prefer to be given a head's up before you go ahead and sell the character with my artwork included.

- The link below will take you to a Google Forms page where you can give me your commission request information. Make sure to provide as much detail as possible! This helps me and you out if you fill it out to the best of your ability. By providing specific details about what you're looking for, I can then make sure to meet your needs as best I can so you will be happy with your piece!
